What's Going On

Finally it seems like we have had some free time with nothing going on.  And it looks as though it might be like this for the next month and we're not complaining.  So for the next month there will probably be just random pictures of the most adorable people in my family.  No, not me and Dan, because I'm sure that's who you were thinking of. :)
Just another night after bath. My little clean beauty. She loves the bath and she loves to cuddle after bath time.
Mya actually took this picture.  She does a pretty good job most of the time. Notice his shiny bruised forehead?  He hit his head on a Friday, a Saturday, and a Sunday, all in the same weekend. It's been almost two weeks and he still has it.  He did that when he was six months old too and it lasted forever that time too.  Poor kid.
These next ones are just a normal afternoon with my babes.  When all the other kiddos sleep, me and Mya get to play, which I love.  We had a mini photo session this day.  Love this kid.
 Pretty girl.
 Mommy and Mya.
Me and my boy.  I think he had just woke up from nap when we took this one.  He is a wake up snuggler, just about the only time I get to cuddle him, so I'll take it.
What a big boy in Daddy's shoes.  Soooo cute.
Dan took this one when him and Mya were playing hide and seek.  They play that game almost every day when Dan gets home from work.  He's such a good daddy.  This was her special hiding spot this day and she hid there about five times more after the first time.  So silly.

Easter Weekend

This weekend was a great weekend.  We got to spend some time with Dan's family and we put up the long awaited swing set for the kids.
Mya and Reggie finally getting to jump on the mini trampoline that our swing set came with.  Can you tell how excited they are?
And then on to the swings!  Reggie looks so big in this picture and Mya was having way too much fun to even look up!
Oh and we finally got our new chair this weekend.  We were pretty excited about that. Dan and I love the colors.
Here are our Easter beauties!  Love them so much!
These last pics are from spending Saturday with Dan's family in Topeka celebrating Easter.  It was great just to hang out and spend some quality time with everyone. Here are the boys looking at something.  Not sure what, but I just loved the pic of the three of them in the green grass.
Mya got a little lesson in baseball.   She loved it so I'm thinking that might be our next summer purchase is a bat and ball.
Reggie devouring his candy.  He would get an egg, open it, eat the candy, then on to the next egg.... such a funny boy.
And Mya loved the Easter egg hunt.  She was in heaven finding all the eggs.  Overall, we had a great time celebrating the resurrection of our Lord and Savior.  Even with all the candy, eggs, and frills, we didn't forget to celebrate the real reason for the special day.

My boy is BIG

Seriously, when did he get so big?  He is such a sweet kid and so much fun these days!
I love this picture and hate it at the same time because he doesn't look like a baby... he looks like a big boy.  Stop growing Reggie, stop it now!
Reggie has started a new tradition at our house.  When daddy gets home, if we're outside, which is most days, he hops in the car with daddy and gets to drive into the garage.  It's really cute, so now Mya usually wants in on the action too.
And sometimes Dan lets them play in the car for a little while.  Obviously Reggie loved it because he could not stop smiling.  Sweet kid.
And last, I told Reggie to say cheese and this is the smile I got.  I could not stop laughing.  I haven't got him to do it again, so I'm glad I got it on camera.  Anyway, Reggie is a good boy, full of smiles and giggles and a few tantrums here and there.  He loves saying "uh oh" and "dada" which he calls me and dan, even though he can say "mama."  Oh well.  He loves to dance and spin around.  And he loves being together as a family.  His little face lights up when we're all hanging out together.  Love that kiddo.
